An "estate sale", simply put, is a sale done (typically) on site for a client who needs to liquidate merchandise!
It could be that a loved one has passed on or needs to transition to assisted living, leaving a house full of items that need to find a new home, or maybe you are anticipating a move and need to downsize to make the process easier?
Whatever the reason may be, the root of the matter is that you have items that you no longer need and are looking for a way to liquidate. That's where we come in!
